It's been a cold, dreary, and rainy day here in Concord today. I figured what better day to have soup--and potato soup at that! I headed over to my Pinterest board and found the perfect recipe for Potato & Leek Soup. It's super easy, click {HERE} for the recipe. In our house, we have to "jazz it up" as my kids like to say. So, we cooked up some bacon, crumbled it over the soup and added some cheese. VIOLA! Easy peasy!
